There is nothing concrete yet regarding rules and guidelines for the upcoming session, however we are hearing that members are being urged to file the bulk of their legislation during the pre-filing period beginning on November 16.
Masks will be required when entering the Capitol and the Multi-Agency Complex. Space in committee rooms will be limited to committee members, staff and members of the media. Members of the public will be invited into the committee room when legislation where there is a specific interest is being heard. But, due to social distancing, space will be limited and allowing testimony by email is being considered.
Although nothing has been finalized, we are planning for a vastly different Session in 2021!
