HOLLY SPEAR
DBH Management is excited to announce the addition of Holly Spear as our new Legal Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs. Originally from Russellville, Arkansas, Holly brings a robust legal background and a deep understanding of regulatory and legislative processes to our team.
A graduate of Arkansas Tech University and the William H. Bowen School of Law, Holly developed a strong foundation in policy and advocacy early in her career. Her legal journey began with an internship for Senator Tom Cotton, where she gained firsthand experience in federal policy and legislative initiatives.
Following law school, Holly honed her skills with Capitol Square Strategy, a prominent lobbying firm, and later served as a public defender, passionately advocating for individual rights. She also worked with the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, where she was instrumental in regulatory oversight and spearheaded the implementation of medical marijuana regulations.
In her role at DBH Management, Holly will focus on navigating the intricacies of regulatory compliance and advancing advocacy efforts for our clients.
